Enterprise customers at ProductPlan couldn't demonstrate product strategy to stakeholders using the existing tools. I mapped the legacy permission architecture, designed within its constraints, and shipped visualizations that drove a 58% retention boost and $350k in enterprise renewals.

Fixing the login and registration blocking 70% of employees from their benefits
Seventy percent of employees dropped off before accessing their employer-sponsored benefits. Through cross-team research and user testing, I redesigned the copy and layout to drive a 70% drop-off decrease and a 90% self-correction rate.
Building the curriculum management tools K-12 admins were missing
School and district admins at Seesaw had no real way to organize and distribute curriculum at scale. I led research and phased the build around the two highest-impact problems, increasing daily admin usage by 15%.
